Let me walk you through my accademic & professional career, but if you want to check out some of the projects I've worked on feel free to scroll down.
Let's get started:
June 2022 - January 2023
I joined Otter, a groundbreaking platform that helps restaurants of all sizes optimize their operations, maximize revenue, and understand their results. Initially, I focused on the EMEA market, where my responsibilities included writing compelling blog posts in English, French, and Arabic to generate organic leads, coordinating customer video testimonials, and hosting webinars.
January 2023 - October 2023
After a strategic shift in the organization, my role expanded to coordinating content marketing and localization initiatives for the entire international region, encompassing EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. This involved ensuring that all content assets were efficiently localized for each region while continuing to create content assets such as still and video ads for EMEA.
October 2023 - Present
I then transitioned to working exclusively on the US&C market, concentrating on enterprise customer acquisition and retention. In this capacity, I created assets aimed at landing and retaining key customers like Burger King, Subway, and McDonald's, as well as exploring new verticals such as cinemas and retail stores. My responsibilities ranged from developing landing pages to producing customer case studies and reports.
November 2021 - June 2022
After graduation, I was fortunate to contribute to Pulse Life's European expansion as the Content & Partnerships Project Manager for the UK, Italy, and the EU. In this role, I negotiated partnership agreements with leading scientific institutions and developed in-app tools for healthcare professionals. This position required me to manage both external stakeholder relationships and the internal content development process, from writing content to collaborating with tech teams to ensure proper display within the app. You can learn more about Pulse Life by clicking on the logo.
Since moving to France in 2013 to pursue my studies, I have dedicated myself to mastering international marketing. During my bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages, I had the opportunity to intern at the Hilton in Dubai, where I gained invaluable marketing experience. This inspired me to further my education with a Master's in International Business. During this degree, I not only learned from some of the top minds in the field but also completed additional internships, including one at Weber Shandwick, where I worked with major sports brands such as Tokyo 2020 and Formula One. After graduating, I had the opportunity to pursue an MSc in Marketing & Brand Management through a work-study program while working as a Junior Global Brand Strategy Specialist at Sanofi, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world.

As any content marketer will tell you, blog posts are our bread and butter—they're essential for generating high-quality, truly qualified organic leads. Below, you'll find a selection of educational, informative, and testimonial-based blog posts that I've written in English, French, and Arabic.
During my time at Otter, I had the opportunity to learn video editing. In just a few weeks, I went from knowing nothing about Adobe Premiere and After Effects to editing video ads and instructional videos. Here are a few projects I particularly enjoyed working on.
Customer testimonials, whether written or in video form, are some of the most compelling content we can produce to help leads understand our product and convert. Here are a few projects I had the pleasure of coordinating:
Working as a localization coordinator for multiple regions and cultures requires excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Here are a couple of examples of my work:
One of the most challenging tasks we faced was upgrading all website content and design for 10 countries while transitioning from Webflow to Prismic. As the localization coordinator, I worked with agencies, spell-checkers, product marketers, and local stakeholders to ensure we captured the right tone. Additionally, I collaborated with developers to prioritize landing pages and forms, ensuring they remained operational during the transition to prevent any loss of leads.
Another challenging project I worked on was localizing product demonstration videos for various markets, including Korea, Japan, Spain, and Portugal. This involved not only editing the videos but also coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure all bases were covered and the content was culturally appropriate and effective.
